You can easily customize ticket status by going to Tickets->All Tickets -> statusConsysa come with general predefined statuses. You can only change the subject and projects. While listing ticket statuses you can view in this moment how many tickets are currently in the status.
You can change the ticket status without making the reply.open the ticket you want to change the status and on the top right side select the change status.then status will be updated automatically and enter your comment and click on save
